• Application submission for 2025 The 102nd TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) in Azerbaijan

▶ Application Period : 14 July ~ 25 July 2025 (1 pm ~ 4:30 pm)

▶ Test date : 19 October, 2025 (Sunday)

▶ Test schedule 

 ※ If you arrive to test place (main gate) after entry time (not start time), your entry will be denied. 

▶ Place of test : Baku Engineering University 

                              Khirdalan city, Hasan Aliyev str., 120, AZ0101, Absheron, Baku, Azerbaijan 

▶ How to apply 

    -  Korean Embassy 

      (14th floor of ISR Plaza, 69 Nizami street, AZ1005, Baku, Azerbaijan) 

    -  Please submit  Application(application form is attached) with 2 color photos(3X4cm) taken within the last 3 months, 

        copy of ID, application fee (34 AZN for TOPIK 1,  42.5AZN for TOPIK II) 

    ※ Please note that applications are accepted from 1 pm to 4:30 pm.  

    ※ Please complete the application form before coming to the Embassy.  

   ※ Applicants are required to submit not only physical photoes but also photo files to azeremb@mofa.go.kr .  

       Save your photo file into a jpg format and name it into the following format : 

       - if you are TOPIK I(1) applicants : [TOPIK 1_Surname_Given name] 

       - if you are  TOPIK II(2) applicants : [TOPIK 2_Surname_Given name]

         * Subject of e-mail should be matched with the file name 

         * Physical photo and photo file must be same.  

         * Please write e-mail only in English (your surname and given name should be written in English as indicated in your ID)

           - your English name is written in the front side below of the old ID type or back side below of the new ID type.  

▶ Refund Policy 

    - 100% refund : by 25th July 17:00 pm

    - 60% refund : 28 July ~ 1 August 17:00 pm

    - 40% refund : 4 August ~ 10 October 17:00 pm

    - No refund : after 10 October 17:00 pm

2.  Important notice for TOPIK Exam 

▶ Entry 

    Applicants who come to test place after entry time(not start time) will not be allowed to enter the test room. 

▶ ID check 

    Present your ID (Azerbaijan's or Korean ID card, Azerbaijan's or Korean driver's license, internaional passport or temporary/permanent residence permit of Azerbaijan or  Korea (for foreigners)) 

     ※ Please ensure that your identification document includes your full name in English, date of birth, and a photograph.

     ※  ID should include full name, date of birth and photo. 

           So the Azerbaijan  ID issued to minors without a photo in the past is not accepted.  Applicants with such IDs are advised to obtain a new ID or present a international passport. 

▶ Exam results and score report 

   The result will be released on Thursday 11 December, 2025. 

  Please note that we do not send you a printed or digital copy. Your score report will be available in digital version only via website www.topik.go.kr .
